About our chef
Waree is a dynamic young woman who has loved cooking since her childhood in Thailand. Waree followed in the footsteps of her mother who was a great chief in the Nakornpathom district.
When festivals and ceremonies were held, Waree would help prepare a range of Thai dishes and desserts to accommodate over 300 guests. Waree believes in using the freshest herbs and spices in its ingredients for all of its dishes. Firstly because it is healthy and most importantly because it enhances the true flavor of authentic Thai cuisine to make every dish exquisite.
We offer a wide variety of Thai favorites, including on our starter menu, Chicken Satay Skewers, Curry Puffs, Moneybags and Prawns Wrapped in Batter.
In our soup menu, some choices include Tom Yum or Tom Kah Gai. Both are gluten free.
Here at our Canberra restaurant we also offer curries, stir frys, rice and noodles and Thai salads.
In our Little Siam Specialties menu, you can taste Pud Pug, Pug Prig or Talay Tord.
