Nittaya’s Little Kitchen opens its Thai restaurant at Centennial

One of the Northwest’s most anticipated arrivals, chef and owner Nittaya Parawong opened Nittaya’s Little Kitchen on Norman Rockwell Lane in Centennial.

With construction delayed during the pandemic, guests can now enjoy a classic and modern Thai menu on the patio, inside the 1,495 square foot corner space, or sit at the small bar , also designed to accommodate the outdoor dining scene.

A sequel to the 11-year-old Summerlin fixture, Nittaya’s Secret Kitchen, recently moved into its own upgraded space, the Little Kitchen is close to Farm Road and neighboring Cheecho’s Fajitas & Cantina, Streets of New York and Egg Works.

Open until 1 a.m. – a rare full-service late-night option for the neighborhood – Nittaya’s serves family-inspired recipes such as a chicken larb salad, crabmeat fried rice, vegetarian dishes from the “secret garden” and curries, including a salmon-creation of avocado.

Asian tapas options are highlighted by the crispy pork belly, the very popular ‘world famous spinach salad’, tamarind shrimp and green curry egg rolls, as well as 11 appetizers, with choice of weeping tiger steak, lamb chops with garlic and basil, a Thai BBQ Cornish game bird and a spicy catfish.
